After 35 years of pioneering teaching and leadership across schools nationwide, Helen Arya is stepping into consultancy. Her career culminated in her becoming the Chief Education Officer of one of the UK’s largest community-motivated Multi-Academy Trusts. With experience spanning grassroots teaching to system-wide leadership, she brings unmatched expertise to consultancy.

Helen Arya has led every phase of education—from Pre-Nursery and Foundation Stage through Key Stages 1–5, apprenticeships, Initial Teacher Training, and leadership development up to CEO level. Her work has impacted schools, leaders, and systems across the UK.
